Robert Janson

Robert Janson has over thirty years of leadership experience in a variety of industries.  As a District Manager for N.Y. Telephone, Bob was project manager on the early “Motivation Through the Work Itself” studies conducted by Dr. Frederick Herzberg and Bob Ford at AT&T.

Subsequently, Bob was President and co-founder of Roy Walters Associates where he built a consulting practice specializing in large scale organization transformation, change management, reengineering and work redesign.  He is an expert in the design and installation of team-based organizations.

Bob’s most recent work was with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting where he was Director of the Change Management Practice.  He is the author of numerous articles on job design and motivation, team-based organizations and reengineering.  His most recent book is Reengineering for Results: Quality Resources.

Bob is a graduate of Manhattan College (BBA) and Nova University (Masters in Counseling).
