Terry Persinger

Terry has held a broad range of leadership positions in technology management, project management, and general management, in both large and small global companies. This includes CEO and President responsibilities as well as Board of Director experience. His global industrial experience ranges from polymers and engineered rubber products to innovative nutritional products with an entrepreneurial startup company.

Terry retired in 2011 after serving various roles at Mannatech, Inc. including CEO, President, COO, and Director. Previously Terry served in various leadership positions in technology and as VP and General Manager of two different divisions at the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.

Terry’s varied experience has resulted in a strong belief in using business strategy development as a tool to develop high performance senior management teams who empower their organization to continually change with market place demands.

His academic experience includes a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, completion of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development (PMD-13wks), the Mahler Advanced Management Skills Program, and Northwestern’s Kellogg School for Business Management Competitive Analysis Program.

In addition to his role as a Mahler Program Director, he serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board of The University of Cincinnati College of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Terry and his wife Marily now live in Cornelius, NC, just north of Charlotte. They have three grown children and 3 grandchildren.
