Confidently transitioning from employee to manager

  • Have you been promoted to manager and now manage people you used to work alongside?

  • Would you like to have some simple tools to help you manage day-to-day operations? Tools to help you manage both tactics and strategy?
  • Are you “managing up“ the way your team needs you to?

If you face these concerns and challenges, then Mahler invites you to attend the:

Mahler Management Boot Camp

This program is a three module, online webinar that connects you with a virtual class of new managers seeking to grow their skills. It is facilitated by a Mahler instructor / coach with many years of experience helping people like you find their career path success. You will receive feedback from online assessments as well as from a confidential 360o survey.

Your feedback and strengths profile flows into how you diagnose and manage the people working for you, as well as how you manage up and across to your peers.
