Charles W. Dull

PROFILE

In addition to being a program director for The Mahler Company, Chuck Dull is currently President of Charles Dull and Associates Consulting Group based in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. The group counts businesses, universities, governmental agencies and religious organizations among its clients.

In recent years, Chuck served as Head of School and Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong International School in Hong Kong, China. Before assuming the post in Hong Kong, he held a number of senior vice-president posts and was responsible for insurance operations, (i.e., research, product development, marketing, underwriting, service, etc.), corporate development, and corporate staff services (i.e., human resources, strategic planning, quality deployment, communications, etc.) at AAL, a Fortune 500 insurance and financial services company headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin. Chuck joined AAL after an eight-year career as a tenured university professor and administrator.

Chuck’s educational background includes an undergraduate degree in education and degrees and extensive graduate studies in theology, business, organizational behavior, behavioral sciences, and continuing education. His research, consulting, and writing have focused on optimizing organizational performance, personal and organizational change, transformational leadership, interpersonal competencies, quality deployment, and work–family balance.

Chuck is currently serving as a founding member of the Board of Directors of Qinteraction, an international call-web center service provider in Manila, Philippines, the Board of Directors of Valparaiso University, and the Board of Visitors at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Recent Board memberships include the Juran Institute and the Center for Effective Organizations–USC.
